Guests staying at Center Parcs , Longleat Forest, could be forgiven for thinking that certain wild animals have escaped from Longleat wildlife park. As guests enter the holiday centre they are now greeted by a life sized topiary display, before they begin their holiday break. The animals have not escaped however, this is simply a magnificent display created by South Wales firm 'The Flower Branch' .
The Longleat Center Parcs display has been created to celebrate Center Parcs' 15 Years at Longleat Forest which is paraded proudly using topiary letters (40cm).

The magnificent display was converted from mere wasteland and shrubbery into an topiary animal reserve. All of the animals appearing in the topiary display are the animals that are found whilst visiting the Center Parcs village.
Made from sustainable sphagnum moss the topiary rabbits, ducks, deers and foxes have all been planted using sedums which survive almost all weather conditions. The topiary sculptures are designed so they are balanced and free standing. The solid metal frames are weather proof so no risk of rusting or bending in harsh weather conditions.

It is certainly making the holiday makers get out of their cars and have their photographs taken alongside the topiary moss sculptures.

Regal stags hold court over a herd of does grazing on the slope. Groups of rabbits nibble on lush grass oblivious to the stalking foxes , while the squirrels surround the silver birch tree.
Not to mention the set of ducks that look oblivious to whats going on behind them and totally ignoring the life sized eagle that watches over all activity.

This large scale scene undertaken by The Flower Branch is certainly proving to be a great hit. The company founded in 2008 run an online gift shop where the topiaries can be bought by both private and corporate customers. The online shop prides itself in bringing a more unusual gift to the consumer. The Flower Branch's other main product are flameless candles that they have provided for many hotels and restaurants, castles and manor houses. Battery operated candles are safe and flicker like real candles but none of the risk.
